I say any head injury like that should be taken care of by a doctor. People have silly accidents all the time. They can make sure it didnt go too deep and hit any veins, they could also make sure you get proper meds to fight infections. Besides if you pull it out and start bleeding alot what are you going to do then? Go to the doctor now.
