I had lice for at least 3 weeks now and I itch my head a lot because of it and I started to notice alot of lice poop under my finger nails and I try to get it out but most of it just stays there do you think this caused the yellow/brownish fingernails?? I looked on a website and it said it could be a sign of early health problems or a fungal nail infection or smoking but i dont smoke and highly doubt the first oneCan I get a yellow nails from itching my lice infected head?
