Are there women who are very good accurate shooters with guns as well as, nailing head shots?

I'm sure there are some are. In situations like rescuing someone from a kidnapper who's using him/her as a human shield, and he's got a weapon like a knife or any sort of weapon, it takes a steady, accurate, and a very quick aim. Easier said than done I know. It also takes mental strength and confidence that you can have a chance to do it without hitting any innocents. Once again, easier said than done.

I'm talking in terms of urban combat. Head shots are hard to make too.

It takes practice at the range, and combat simulations, as well as experience. Does one have to be a man to shoot skillfully? Are there women who are very good accurate shooters with guns as well as, nailing head shots?
Many women are excellent shots. They are interspersed with males in many different functions in all types of law enforcement agencies. Although it is a mostly male dominated field, don't believe all that you see in the movies and on TV. That's for entertainment. It's not necessarily very factual. Are there women who are very good accurate shooters with guns as well as, nailing head shots?
Women as sharp shooters goes way back, Annie Oakley is a known historical figure, who was incredible w/shooting w/accuracy.

Why would you want to make a distinction about women in this incidence? It has nothing to do w/upper body strength; women can do pretty much what a man can do, and in somethings better; and vice versa - I see no reason why a man would necessarily be better at this skill other than, most women would find it repugnant to be aiming at people's heads for a living... I find your question rather outdated and sexist.
