Is there another name for a double headed nail?

I always called them concrete nails but i think its local slang.

I like the term ';useless';. Think about it.
It's called a ';Counter-productive'; nail. :) Or maybe ';Useless';.
they are called duplex nails,and generally used for forming up wooden concrete forms,the double head allows you to drive the nail deep enough to hold,and leaves the back half of the head exposed for removing later on without destroying the wood.
sure there is its called a nail with two heads
